The Bank is the place to come to save some of your hard-earned (or hustled) cash. Money you save in the bank will be safe from people trying to rob you. The bank will charge you a handling fee when depositing: this is normally 5% but can be lowered by the perk Moneymaker. Withdrawals are always free.
